New library at Nwe’ Kwe By David Leuthold 12/24/12 Another brick library, constructed under Nargis Library Recovery auspices, was dedicated on December 10 at the Myinta Nanda Monastic School in Nwe’ Kwe village, about an hour’s drive northeast of Yangon on the Baho highway. A $8800 donation from the United Nations Women’s Guild of Vienna, Austria, was inspired by Daw Ah Win who administers the International Atomic Energy Agency library. The U.N.
