Kayin Village Libraries South of Pathein, plus Thingondine
Michelle Chen and family donated funds to construct this new library in Hsingugyi-ywa. Four nearby villages appealed to us to help rebuild & restock their libraries, as well. Naw Moo Ler Say [Moo Moo] led our tour. She works with the Chen family in Singapore but grew up in Ngaputaw Township, Hsingugyi-ywa.
