With approval of the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Financial Access and Control [OFAC], we are seriously considering broadening our mission to assist libraries at all levels throughout Myanmar. Added to our ongoing supply of books, we may soon elect to offer workshops, equipment and training to bridge the digital divide that has separated students, researchers and citizens of Myanmar from the rest of the world. What follows is the statement that permits this expansion. Note paragraphs 3 & 5.
